Special accommodation, ideal location to city hall where many tours depart from, marvellous breakfast. Very good service at all times. The pool was excellent, comfortable to sit around.

Amazing breakfast to start the day, excellent food. Fashionable room with extra bed and nice and really kind staff. Location close to metro stations and the city centre, Vesterbro, Nørrebro and Østerbro. Only a short distance to Zenzes Wellness.

The staff is excellent here, the services are very good, and location is marvellous short walk to metro stations, main train stations or major attractions, Kopenhagen and the city centre, Vesterbro, Nørrebro and Østerbro. The roof top bar is good, truly enjoyed this place.

Loved the central location which made it easy to explore the city. The rooftop restaurant had great food and attentive staff. , the bed was incredibly soft and comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep.
Was disappointed that the basic amenities like breakfast tea and milk were not provided in the room. the hotel could improve on the implementation of their eco-conscious practices, such as using single-use coffee cups in the bedrooms.

The room was not properly cleaned, kitchen in equiped...frypan, but nothing to put it on! Curtain rods falling down, and required new light bulbs.
